2015 INTENSIVE SUMMER GREEK WORKSHOP (GREEK 15)

Registration Information

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Greek Workshop is offered through UC Berkeley Summer Sessions and runs for ten weeks from June 8 to August 14, 2015. It meets Monday through Friday, in the morning (approximately 9 a.m. -12 p.m.) and afternoon (approximately 1 p.m.-4 p.m.). No previous knowledge of Greek is required. The course covers Greek grammar in the first six weeks; the last four weeks are devoted to reading works of Greek literature in the original. Full attendance is required.

By University policy, auditors are not permitted.

TUITION AND FELLOWSHIPS

For Summer 2015, the tuition cost for the Greek Workshop, as determined by UC Berkeley Summer Sessions, will be $4,060 for UC undergraduates, $5,100 for UC graduate students, and $4,600 for visiting students. There will be up to eight fellowships each providing a $2,000 rebate from tuition costs. Application instructions for the fellowships can be found here. Please note that the application deadline for these fellowships is Monday, March 23, 2015.

STEPS FOR REGISTRATION
1. Read the page provided by the University on how to register for information about University of California policies and to access the registration portals.
2. Provide the following Course Control Numbers (CCNs) in order to register: 51405 (afternoon session) and either 51410 or 51415 (morning sessions; choosing one or the other is only a formality). You can also find these numbers here.
