The first part of the Workshop is devoted to a survey of Greek grammar. The director will introduce new material in the afternoon; the following morning, the instructors for the first part of the Workshop will administer a quiz and lead students in grammar drills and review.

In the second part of the Workshop, there will be two prose and two verse reading courses offered. Students will choose two of these four, one on a text in prose and one on a text of poetry. Students will choose these courses in the third or fourth week of class.
